Introduction

This policy explains what information Pill Reminder & Habit Tracker ("the app") handles and where it goes. The app is made by Winton Gee ("we" or "us"). In short: what you enter stays on your iPhone, and we never see it.

Information stored on your iPhone

The app stores the following in its own storage on your device. It is not uploaded to us or to anyone else.

  • Your items: the medications and habits you add, their times of day, and whether each is marked Important.
  • Your check-offs: which items you checked off and when, used to show your history.
  • App settings: your preferences and whether you have Pro.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications. The app schedules them on your iPhone, and iOS delivers them. No server sends them, and the names of your items are not sent anywhere to create them.

Purchases

Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details.

The app uses RevenueCat to confirm purchases and check whether Pro is active. RevenueCat receives:

  • Your purchase history and subscription status for this app
  • An anonymous identifier the app creates, which is not linked to your name or email

RevenueCat processes this data as our service provider and provides the same or equal protection of your data as this policy describes.

Information we do not collect

  • No account or sign-in
  • No uploads of your medications, habits or history
  • No analytics or tracking
  • No advertising
  • No contact details, location or contacts

Keeping and deleting your data

  • Delete an item: remove it in the app.
  • Delete everything: delete the app from your iPhone. This removes all the data it stored on the device.
  • Purchase history: your purchase record with Apple and RevenueCat is tied to your Apple Account and stays after you delete the app, so you can restore Pro later. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide and restore Pro and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and are deleted on request.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you think a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
